Question: Arsonistic III Chip TEN Edition UL
Ok I am using my chip wrong I am sure. It gives 300 HP damage over 10 seconds or so, reload is about 12s getting about 5 shots out in a minute. By the time I equip my gun it is 3/4 done with its damage and finished by the time I have started firing....
