Just today I learned about the ingame world of : "The Secret World" @work

It was maybe a 5 minute introduction and just 2 things my colleague mentioned, instantly made me think about entropia again...

-If you die, you can travel as ghost.
You even have to do quests as a ghost, that you cant do as a living beeing.
Back in the days, your ghost could travel inside Entropia as well. (2001)

-I got introduced to the lighthouse. Scary Fog and the lighthouse even has a simple lightning animation. Hell, it is a lighthouse. You can even walk inside the top of it.
Our lighthouse does not have fog. You cant really walk "inside" of it. Our lighthouse does not even have light. -_-

Yes, we had the ghost traveling in 2001...

We had taming in 2005...

We had even more in 2004...


And again I think to myself...what a wonderful world...we had...

And I have just seen the new teaser trailer of Entropia. And even if its put together very(!) well, for a teaser about a MMO...it is drifting away from its originality, reaching for the mass market of MMORPGS...
